Hiking
I've only just started hiking in the past few years. It's fun, but I learned the hard way, a good stiff soled pair of boots makes a world of difference! So far, I've only done small hikes, in Maine and New Hampshire.
I'd like to eventually hike Tuckerman's Ravine at Mount Washington (and snowboard back down!)
